In addition to coordinating Diane Tiveron’s, Tiveron Law Firm’s new office location from its current location on 219 near Holiday Valley to 1-5 E. Washington St., Corey Hogan is also planning to bring a high-quality bakery next to his new law office location. Corey and Jennifer Hogan are the team designing and planning the bakery which aims to bring quality baked goods to the Village.

Right now the plan is to have the law office relocated between May to June with the bakery opening soon after in June or July in the plaza next to the Kwik Fill gas station. The idea for the bakery came from many suggestions that the Ellicottville area lacked quality bread and pastries that are more readily available in the Buffalo area. Corey has been visiting bakeries and cafes from Buffalo to Chicago to Iceland collecting design ideas and inspiration for the new location. Currently, the plan calls for a kitchen, shop, and cafe with views of the hills to accompany a cup of coffee and pastry. Corey feels that the offerings at the bakery will complement what is currently offered at other local bakeries which leans towards more sweets.

Corey and his marketing director Amanda Acker will be reaching out to local culinary programs at Alfred State and BOCES in the coming months to find trained bakers along with taking applications from interested applicants. To connect with Corey or Amanda regarding job opportunities or to get more information on the bakery, contact them directly at 716-636-7600.
